I, Kathy (Noffsinger)Reed remember Bob's brother Ernest who lived right down the Highway from us when we lived on Hwy 112 between Center and Hooper, CO., more than Bob. I just want to send my condolences to the family for both of the brothers, because if my mom, Ellamae Noffsinger, was still alive she would want our family to acknowledge that we cared and loved both of them. So sorry for your loss.
