Robert Bloxsom , 90, passed away Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 in Monte Vista Colorado.

Robert was born December 20th, 1925 in Center, Colorado to Lloyd Fee Bloxsom and Bessie Van Treese Bloxsom. Following high school Bob joined the United States Army and honorably served his country. Following his service he married Margaret Jean Moore after she passed, he married Phyllis Stroder. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding horses and going to the mountains.

He is survived by his daughters, Terri Lynn Bashton of Buena Vista, Colorado and Kathy Jo Aldridge of Monte Vista, eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, his wives, his children, Ricky Lee Bloxsom, Peggy Jean Moris and his brother Ernest Bloxsom.

A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at the Monte Vista Cemetery Contributions in his memory are suggested to Hospice Del Valle and may be made in care of the funeral home office.
