Obituary for Ruth Loraine Bailey
Ruth Loraine Bailey was born in Bountiful Colorado on March 11, 1927 to Nora and George Wilson. Ruth grew up in La Jara Colorado. Ruth worked as a telephone operator. She had three sisters and five brothers. She was married to Paul Frances Henry and they had a son, Greg Paul Henry and a daughter Teresa Henry. She was then married to Troy Devon Bailey after the death of Paul Henry.
She resided in the San Luis Valley for most of her life. Surviving Ruth are brothers Lloyd, Leon and Earl, as well as 17 grandchildren whom she adored and their continuing growing families with wonderful great grandchildren, a loving family she aspired to have. She was loved by us all; we give this tribute in loving memory. A wonderful woman lost to us, but her spirit goes now to God. Her faith in God and her love of family was paramount. Services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Monday August 4th 2014 at the Alamosa Cemetery, a service for all that would like to pay their respects.
Arrangements are in the care of the Rogers Family Mortuary of Alamosa
Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
