Obituary for Robert Stephen "Bob Wall" Wall

Alamosa resident Bob Wall - 60 passed away July 21, 2015 at Pikes Peak Hospice in Colorado Springs following lengthy illness. Bob is survived by his daughter Teresa, his mother Cecilia, his sister Karen (Glen), and his brothers Jim (Sandy) and Ted (Dawn), as well as 19 nieces and nephews. As well as his loving dog, Zoe. Bob was preceded in death by his son Steve, brother Tom, and father Ed.
After graduating from CSU and marrying his high school sweetheart Barb Hovorka, Bob started a career with Coors, where he met many life-long friends. Bob and family moved to Alamosa in 1990 with Bob’s assignment as a barley field man with Coors. Bob was an avid outdoorsman, and he taught his kids the fine arts of fishing, camping, and hunting. Bob was a member of the Del Monte Gun Club and the Royal Order of Roadrunners. He also loved to shoot skeet with fellow members. Bob was also a loyal fan of the Broncos and Rockies.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 8, at 10:00am at the Cody Farm (2064 Co Rd 12 S, Alamosa, CO 81101, with a reception to follow at the Colorado Malting Company. (www.coloradomaltingcompany.com).
