Mary Ann Richardson, 78, died peacefully in her home on June 29, 2016 in Manassa, Colorado.

Mary Ann was born March 29, 1938 in Manassa, Colorado to Don Carlos and Elsie V Sellers. She married Eldon Edgar Richardson and they were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Denver Colorado Temple. She attended Manassa High school and later obtained her LPN certification from Trinidad State Junior College. She worked as a LPN and loved caring for her patients, but her greatest joy was raising a family. She is best known by others for her friendly personality, often referring to friends as “honey”.

She is survived by her husband, Eldon Edgar Richardson of the family home, as well as sons, Boyd (Greta) Campbell of Manassa Colorado, Kenneth (Lois) Campbell of Denver Colorado, Blaine (Marci) Nite of Rexburg Idaho. Daughters, Connie (Kevin) Edgar of Sanford, Colorado, Julie (Daniel) Tailleur of Manassa, Colorado. Siblings, Sheryl (Jerome) Anderson of Manassa Colorado, Jimmy (Bo Jean) Sellers of Manassa, Colorado and Carlos (Soon) Sellers. She had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Don and Elsie Sellers, husband Fredrick John Koehler, brother Gerald Don Sellers, and sister Elsie Lenore Trapp.

A funeral is scheduled for July 2, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Stake Center in Manassa, Colorado. Viewing will be at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Manassa on July 1, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Humanitarian Fund.
