Obituary for Lorine F. Townsend

Carmel, Indiana – Former valley resident Lorine F. Townsend, 90, passed away on May 15, 2014 at the St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel, Indiana.
Lorine was born on January 10, 1924 in Alamosa, Colorado to James and Jessie Wolfenbarger. For many years she was an independent consultant for the Avon Company. She had resided in Greencastle Indiana since 1992, and prior to that in Pueblo, Colorado from the mid Sixties until 1991. Lorine enjoyed going to church, playing cards and going out to eat. She felt most at peace during the time she spent praying.
She is survived by her daughter Sabrina (Perry) Reeh of Westfield, Indiana, her grandchildren; Jessica Reeh of St. Louis, Missouri, Kaylee Reeh, Zachary Reeh, Alexa Reeh, Paige Reeh and Chadwick Reeh all of Westfield, Indiana.
Lorine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert M. Townsend, her sister Vera Sauder and her twin sister Florine Wolfenbarger.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 31, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the San Luis Valley Cemetery in Monte Vista. A visitation will be held at Rogers Family Mortuary in Monte Vista from 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Saturday prior to the graveside service.
