Obituary for Jeffre Mark Bobicki

Alamosa resident Jeffre Mark Bobicki, 61, passed away October 7, 2015 at the San Luis Valley Health Regional Medical Center in Alamosa. He was born in Alamosa on May 19, 1954 to Jack Tony Bobicki and Edythe McClintock Bobicki.

Jeffre graduated from the Alamosa High School and attended Southern Colorado University at Pueblo, graduating with a degree in Electronics. Jeffre was an electronic wizard and learned at an early age how to operate a HAM radio. He was the youngest HAM radio operator in the state of Colorado. Following college, Jeffre worked for Anaconda and Burroughs in California where he traveled all throughout Europe with his jobs. He returned to Alamosa and started his business Unlimited Electronics.

Jeffre is survived by his brother Tom (Charlotte) Bobicki of Alamosa; his nephews Tony (Debbie) Bobicki of Alamosa, his niece Lori (Nick) Lavé of Colorado Springs; and his great-nephew Brandon Lutz of Colorado Springs.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation was chosen and private family services will be held at a later date. Donations are suggested to the Conour Animal Shelter in Monte Vista in care of the funeral home office.
