Condolence From: Bertha Thomas
Condolence: So sorry for your loss. I was in your dad’s high school class - the class of 1949. I remember him well. There were only 10 of us! Here’s a funny memory: In English class, Donny sat behind me. I guess he was shy, and hid behind me. Mrs. Van D. would ask him what he was doing hiding behind me. He replied, “I’m chewing on Bertha’s hair.” She asked him, “What flavor was it?” He always replied something different—sometimes strawberry, or vanilla... He was a really good kid. Again, I’m very sorry for your loss.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of your dad Cindy. Thoughts of him take me back to Monte when we were kids. He would walk in the house with his overalls on and give us all a big cheek to cheek grin. His blues eyes smiling back at us happy to see his baby girl happy with friends. He always had a big grin so wide it made his eyes squint! Such a funny nice man with his tall tales. I see him in you Cyn so carry him on! Luv ya.
