Obituary for Brenda Lee Helmick

Brenda Lee (Jack) Helmick went to be with her Lord on Feb 26, 2015. Brenda was born July 9th 1958 in Alamosa CO to Carl and Doris Jack of Alamosa CO. And granddaughter of the late Claude and Bonnie Canada of Boonville AR and the Late Rufus and Leola Jack of Manassa CO
In life Brenda enjoyed camping, reading and traveling. Brenda at one time was employed as a Home Health Care Worker. Brenda so enjoyed working and helping the elderly out, but because of health issues was not able to continue in this line of work.
Brenda’s true joy in life was her two grandsons Jace Helmick, Delta CO and Tristan Helmick of Alamosa CO.
Brenda is survived by her Husband Richard Helmick of Saguache, Colorado, two sons Jason (Kim) Helmick of Fruita, Colorado, Jarrod Helmick of Alamosa, Colorado, sisters, Debra (Ken) Macintyre of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Pamela (Charles) Talley of Bayfield Colorado, one brother Larry Jack of Alamosa, Colorado, nieces, Kara (Brandon) Pearson of Allison, Colorado, Bailey Jack of Alamosa, Colorado, nephew’s, Jack (Rachel) Macintyre of Portland, Oregon, Nathan Macintyre of Denver, Colorado, Brandon (Rebekah) Talley of Ignacio, Colorado, Hunter Jack of Durango, Colorado, great nieces, Timber Smith of Del Norte, Colorado, Heile and Rylee Pearson, great nephews, Khristian, Austin and Colt Talley all of Ignacio, Colorado, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cremation has been chosen, a memorial services for family and friends will take place at a later date.
