Yolanda Chacon, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was granted her angel wings on August 5, 2022 after her second battle with cancer.

Yolanda was born on November 1, 1961 to Orlando & Tina Chacon, in Romeo, Colorado. Yolanda loved all of her family and all the countless friends she met throughout the years. She loved shopping at the D.I., decorating her Christmas tree for every holiday, "Reading Books", and listening to music.

In 2021, Yolanda retired from UPS after 30+ years and spent her time enjoying life to the fullest. Preceded in death by her beloved parents Orlando & Tina Chacon. Yolanda is survived by her husband, Luis Cisneros Jr., her 10 siblings: Diana (Mike) Vigil, Manuel (Norma) Chacon, Ray Chacon, Juanita (Moises) Ruiz, Angelo (Manuelita) Chacon, Orlando (Jackie) Chacon, Rick (Carol) Chacon, Tina Chacon, Dennis Chacon, Sidney Chacon and numerous nieces & nephews.

Services will be held in Colorado for her final resting place. A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at 6:00 pm with the rosary beginning at 7:00 pm, both held at Saint Therese Catholic Church, 115 Main St, Manassa, CO, 81141. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Monday, August 15, 2022, also at the church with interment following in the Los Cerritos Cemetery. Co. Road M, Manassa, CO 81141
