Suzanne Elaine Erickson, beloved daughter, wife and mother returned home to her loving Heavenly father on Saturday June 20th, 2026.
Suzanne was born on June 6 1978 to Lyle and Ruthie Sutter of Manassa, Colorado. Suzanne lived her life with kindness and grace touching the hearts of all who knew her. Suzanne's passions extended to her crafts, crocheting, reading and piano playing. These were activities she thoroughly enjoyed. Suzanne was a devoted mother and wife to her husband and three children. Suzanne loved nothing more than spending time with her family.
Suzanne was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she enjoyed playing the piano and spending time in the Relief- Society and Primary. She loved Temple work and spending days in the Temple.
Suzanne loved babies and would be seen holding every baby she could. Suzanne is survived by her Father and Mother Lyle and Ruthie Sutter of Manassa. Her Husband Kenneth Erickson of Los Ojos New Mexico, her children Morgan (Jonathan Alder) of Spokane Washington, Hunter Erickson of Thorton, and Dawson Erickson of Los Ojos New Mexico. Her sisters Julie Mc Ginnis of Windsor Colorado and Sheena Sutter of Manassa with multiple nieces and nephews.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her grandparents Gayle and Willie Mae Smith.
There will be a visitation Thursday June 25, 2026 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Manassa. With a viewing from 9:30 to 10:45 Friday with services to follow. Burial will follow at the Manassa Cemetery. The family invites friends and community members together in her memory to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who embodied love in every aspect.
