Obituary

Sandra Darling Silva, born August 10, 1963, in La Jara, Colorado, passed away peacefully at her home on April 12th at the age of 63.

There will be a celebration of life at 12pm April 18th at the Knight of Columbus in La Jara.

Sandra was a proud Colorado native. As well as a devoted mother, caring sister and beloved aunt whose presence brought comfort and laughter to those around her. Sandra found happiness in life's simple and meaningful moments. She had a creative soul who loved sewing, crocheting and knitting. Not only crafting beautiful pieces but lasting memories for her family. Sandra loved to play the card games like canasta and solitaire with her family. In her quiet moments, she enjoyed playing candy crush and watching lifetime movies. All while enjoying a nice cold red powerade and handful of reese cups. She was known for her fiery spirit, resilient nature and the deep care she showed to those around her. She always had a positive attitude and wanted to lift everyone up. She left behind a legacy of love, strength and cherished memories.

She is lovingly remembered by her mother Josie Silva; Children, Jonathan Drevland, Jarred (Brooke) Drevland and Karli Drevland. Sisters: Becky Vannoy, Lisa Silva and Christina Luna. Grandchildren; Anna Bucio. As well as many nieces and nephews that she loved just like they were her own.
