Robert "Bob" Davie, 71

Monte Vista – Bob Davie passed away January 29, 2024 at River Valley Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.

Bob was born in Del Norte to Robert T. and Doris Davie. Bob grew up working on the Davie Ranch and later took a position at the Rio Grande County Assessor Office, eventually being elected as the Rio Grande County Assessor for eight years.

Bob is survived by his wife, Sheila Davie, son Brian (Rocio) Self, granddaughter Camila Self, brother Rick (Lugail) Davie, sister Tandy Mcardle, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob chose cremation. A Celebration of Life will be held at Rogers Family Mortuary at 404 Morris Street, Monte Vista, Colorado on February 9th at 11:00 am.

Bob had a great sense of humor and will be missed dearly.
