Prescott Iowa resident Rhonda Dawn Jorgensen, 70, died November 8, 2021 at the San Luis Valley Health Regional Medical Center in Alamosa.

Rhonda was born in Boulder, Colorado on March 31, 1951, the loving daughter to Richard and Ann (Walker) Armstead. She married Michael Jorgensen on May 17, 2013 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
