Long time Hooper resident Patricia M. Stoops died peacefully in her sleep December 12, 2022. She was born in Garden City, Kansas July 27, 1941 to Edna and Jesse Brandt. Patricia married Jim Hollmer had four children, Michael, Debbie, John and Terri. Later married Richard Stoops. She and her sister JoDene previously owned (her pride and joy) My Sister's Place in Hooper. She is survived by Jim Hollmer former husband and longtime companion, her daughters Debbie Meekins, Pensacola, FL, Terri (Cloyce) Mann, Canon City, CO. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister Rita (Leroy) Curry of Canon City, and brother Rusty (Molly) Brandt of Denver.

Pat had many loves in her life first being her family and friends, she was a avid poker player enjoyed cards anywhere and anytime. She also loved to garden she had a variety of flowers inside and out. She took pride in her yard and worked hard to on it.

She loved her home and enjoyed the Hooper community reaching out and doing several projects to celebrate the town.

A memorial service will be held April 22, 2023 at the Baptist Church in Hooper Colorado at 11am.
