Longtime Monte Vista resident Jeffrey Lynn Willard, 63, passed away on October 27, 2021 at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs. He was born on September 8, 1958 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Carl Jr. and Joyce (Stehwein) Willard. Jeff loved the outdoors, he was often found hunting, fishing and camping. He shared his passion with others as well, he was a Boy Scout leader for many years and taught fly tying to local groups. Above all, Jeff was a loving and devoted husband.

He is survived by his siblings, Lonnie Lamar (Rose) Willard of Great Bend, Kansas, Kurtis Kent Willard of Otis, Kansas and Carla Glee (Bernard, Jr. "Skip") Adams of Aurora, Colorado, his nieces and nephews, Joshua Willard, Jennifer Sweet, Melissa Feemster, Brian Adams, Jayci (Andrew) Herron, Paul Willard as well as numerous great nieces, nephews and extended family.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Lori.
