Jann Lucinda Proutt, 81, of Fort Garland, passed away Thursday evening, February 18th, 2021 at her residence. She was born on January 16th, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio and was adopted into the family of Donald and Eileen Buzard. She worked in Keyport, Washington for 30 years as an Electric Technician for the U.S. Department of Defense. She married the love of her life, Gary Proutt on December 17, 1961. Jann is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Tania Proutt and Kent Proutt, two granddaughters, Tabatha (Justin) Lovelace and Tanya (John) Edwards one grandson, Gary (Denisse) Proutt and 7 great grandchild. They are Jayla Lovelace. Maxx Proutt, Everett and Ezra Edwards. Hailey, Gloria and Gary Proutt and one on the way. Jann was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Gary Proutt and her grandson Gary Troy Proutt. Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be held at a later time.
