Mosca- Mosca resident Gordon Bruce Walters Jr, 62, died June 13, 2021 at his home in Mosca.. He was born to parents Gordon Bruce Sr. and Carol (Featherstone) Walters in Lehi Utah. Gordon proudly served our country in the United States Army for 22 years as a Combat Engineer, and even though he was gruff he was actually a giant teddy bear. He is survived by his loving wife Lora Lee (Dyches) Walters of Mosca, CO; son Timothy Medal of La Junta, CO; daughter Danielle Walters of Mosca, CO; son Nicklaus (Emily) Walters of Jacksonville, NC; and granddaughter Marlee Jane Walters of Jacksonville, NC.; as numerous nieces nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, June 18 at 2:00 pm at the Homelake Veterans Cemetery.
