La Jara resident Benito "Tony B." Quintana Jr., 56, passed away passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on August 16, 2024.
Tony was born in Wickenburg, Arizona to Benito "Tony" Quintana Sr. and Eloisa Manzanares on the 18th of June, 1968. He loved life and never gave up. He was strong up to the end. He will be missed by all of his biker friends and by all of his family. He worked most of his life as a Commercial Truck driver, and loved riding his Harley Davidson. He also made beautiful cabinets, beautiful bowls and many more things. His hobbies were wood working and working on antique cars.
Tony is survived by his mother Eloisa Manzanares, his brother Danny (Josephine) Arellano, his sisters Sally, Terry, Tina, Alicia, Amanda, Sandy and Laura; and his uncle Raymond.
Tony is preceded in death by both his father Tony Sr. His brother Gene Arellano, and his step father Jose Vivian Manzanares.
Thanks to all of Tony's special friends, Victor Salazar, Elipio Valdez (neighbor), Robert Cummings, and Julie Gomez. He had many many friends, too numerous to count. A very special guy Tony was to all that surrounded him. Thanks to all the friends that visited him at home and made him laugh, he was so happy and appreciative for all the visits. Thanks to all the hospice nurses that have been so encouraging to Tony and his mom.
