Beatrice O. Martinez, 102, died November 30, 2021 in Colorado Springs. She was born in San Luis, Colorado to Juan Trujillo and Beatrice Maez Trujillo on October 2, 1919. She met and married the love of her life Victor C. Martinez on August 20, 1961. They enjoyed 42 years together until his death. Beatrice is survived by her children Sherman (Nancy) Martinez and Eric (Anita) Martinez, all of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren Trevor, Calista, and Gillian Martinez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and all of her siblings. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church in San Luis. Interment will follow services in the San Luis Cemetery.
