Obituary for Warren Luther Veach
Fox Creek resident Warren Luther Veach, 65, died April 6, 2022 at his home in Fox Creek.
Warren was born in Cortez, Colorado on May 24, 1956 to Billie L. Veach and Clara Jo Weaver. He worked for many years in the Oil Fields in and around Cortez, Colorado and Farmington, New Mexico. He then took a job driving truck and did this for more than 26 years.
Warren enjoyed the mountains and liked hunting, fishing and camping. He was a rock hound and gathered many interesting rocks while in the mountains. He was known as a kind and caring person who always lent a hand when needed. His family was his true love and he enjoyed time spent with his mother, children and grandchildren. In his spare time he could be found at the casino.
Warren is survived by his mother Clara Jo Veach of Farmington, CO; his children Tanya Ringo of Benton, Illinois, Renee (Daniel) Robins of Antonito, CO, and Shannon (Farrell) Greenlee of Cortez, CO; his grandchildren Brandie Nickole “Nikki” Farnam, Lacie Ringo, Samantha (Jonathan) Mondragon, Bryce Robins, Brenan Robins, Logan Robins, Kendra Robins, Jenna (Oscar) Valenzuela, Jason Schouble, Kandie Schouble, Stormy Bartlett, and Jamie Bartlett; his great-grandchildren Tommy Mondragon, Maison Farnam, Varric Farnam, Zack Hodak; his siblings Diane (Don) Walters of Farmington, NM and Billy (Valerie) Veach of Cortez, CO; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Warren is preceded in death by his father Billie.
Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held Friday April 15th, 2022, at the Church of Latter-day Saints in Fox Creek, Colorado at 11:00 a.m. A meal will be served after the services.
