Victor was very competitive when we were growing up, he always wanted to be the best at everything. Victor was very active in sports and loved to make people laugh. He was my cousin, but was more like a brother. My heartfelt condolences to the family. Kiki will truly be missed. Bernadette Sanchez and Family
