Longtime Sanford resident Ronald Keith Morch passed away on July 6, 2019. He was born on February 11, 1942 in Alamosa Colorado to Keith and Myrtle Morch. He married Sherri Pritchett on September 30, 1967 in Denver Colorado.
Ron enjoyed fishing, bow hunting, working on cars and watching NASCAR. He was a member of the Sanford Fire Department and served as fire chief for many years.
He leaves on this earth his loving wife of 51 years Sherri, his three children Linda (Allen) Jones, Michelle Wise and Wayne Morch and the apple of his eye, his grandson Keith Wise, all of Sanford. He was greeted in Heaven by his parents Keith and Myrtle Morch, as well as many family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday July 11, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Manassa.
A funeral will be held on Friday July 12, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sanford. Interment will follow at the Sanford cemetery.
