Robert (Bob) John Harris, 59, passed away from the effects of toxic carbon monoxide at his shop in Monte Vista, Colorado in January. He was born to Edward R. Harris and Katri S. Oksa in Cobleskill, New York. Bob was a master mechanic and welder, his work was his passion. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking BBQ for his neighbors and friends. Bob always met challenges head on. He had a bold personality and was an excellent story teller and joker.

Survivors include his son, Jason Harris; daughter, Amanda Harris; grandson, Braydyn; brother, Dennis Harris; and half sister, Suzanne Filloon-Mock; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Ken Harris.

A service will be held on Saturday, March 7th at 1:30 pm at Discovery Church, 2605 West 144th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023. There will be time at the end of the service for anyone to share a brief story about Bob if they wish.
