Obituary for Marvin Clay Harmon

Longtime Alamosa resident Marvin Harmon passed away January 19, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.

Marvin was a lover of the Bronco’s, Rodeos, old cars and above all his children and his Granddaughters.
He was involved in many activities with his children from BMX to coaching little league softball and basketball. His great sense of humor and his ability to get along with everyone made him a good friend to many. He was always willing to go the extra mile. Marvin worked many years as a parts manager, at several dealerships in Alamosa, and seemed to know everyone.

Marvin is survived by his wife Leann Harmon, daughter Jenny (Ben) Clouse, Granddaughter Bella Clouse. Son Brian Harmon, granddaughter Peyton Harmon. Marvin’s also survived by his sisters Barbara Faucette, Diane (Gary) Stone, Jonna (Brian) Meuer, and many nieces and nephews!

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents Alice and Ewin on Harmon, nephew Eric Stone, and brother-in-law Glenn Faucette.

Marvin was respected and loved by family and many friends, and will be greatly missed.

Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday January 26, 2022 at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa.
