Dear Vanderpool Family,
I remember, back in the late 1950's, when Mom and Dad began to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. Loren and Irene Toliver drove out to our house, in Hooper, every Wednesday evening and studied the Bible with the entire family (yes, all of us kids were required by Dad to sit in on the study).
Berrnie and Marie always demonstrated personal interest in the Stahlecker family. Berrnie was a very good Theocratic Ministry School counselor. And Marie always showed interest and concern for all of us in the Stahlecker family. It was, and has been, a wonderful privilege to have become acquainted and gotten to know Marie. When we were attending the meetings in Center, Colorado, I can recall appreciating Marie's very thoughtful comments. She demonstrated her deep love of Jehovah God with a keen desire to always want to do His will. Marie always spoke of the hope of living in God's New World. I have no doubt in my mind that she and her late husband, Berrnie, will be resurrected into the New World. What a wonderful privilege it will then be to see, greet and embrace both Berrnie and Marie with Jehovah God wakes them up in the New World!
I am John Stahlecker, son of Andy and Doris Stahlecker of Hooper, Colorado. I now live in Smithville, Texas. My wife and I have been serving as full-time ministers, serving where the need is greater in entire married life since 1976.
Sincerely,
John Stahlecker
