Obituary

Margie Evelyn Garcia-Sandoval, 59, passed away on March 5, 2019 at the Medical City of Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Margie was born on August 7, 1959 in Alamosa, Colorado to Leo and Rosana Garcia.

Margie was a strong woman, she handled every situation thrown her way with grace and dignity. She was a very generous, and caring woman and not only showed that love to her family but to everyone she came in contact with. Her cooking will be missed by those closest to her, she was famous among them for her tamales and delicious carrot cake.

You always knew Margie was coming because of her radiant smile always framed by her favorite lip color, and the smell of her favorite perfume always lingered with those she loved. She was such a genuine and caring woman, everything she did was sincere and you could tell her love for everyone was never faked. She showed her same love for plants spending her time utilizing her green thumb to make everything she touched grow beautifully.

Margie is survived by her loving husband David Sandoval. Her parents; Rosana and Leo Garcia. Her sister, Eva Arellano. Her children; David Sandoval Jr. and Yolanda Sandoval Blanks. Her grandchildren; Katherine Sandoval and Amelia Sandoval. As well as numerous extended family members and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Alex Garcia. And her grandparents, Eliria Cordova Romero, Delfino Cordova, Beatrice Garcia, and Apolino Garcia.

A Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Alamosa. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will follow the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. also at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. So sorry for your loss.May your fond memories of happier times bring you comfort. We also can get comfort and hope from God's word. Such promises as pain, suffering and death being done away with. Revelations 21:3,4;Isaiah 25:8;Psalms37:29.
Even the hope of seeing dead love ones again can be encouraging. John 5:28,29;Isaiah26:19. We can pour our hearts out to Jehovah God because he cares for you.2Corithians 1:3,4 God is loving and He knows what you are going through and he can help you. May you find peace and strength to endure through these promises. 2Thessalonians 2:16,17
