Condolence: Our family enjoyed Joe's friendship. He was very generous to us. We loved the time we got to live on the Ranch helping with all aspects of the operation. Loved the mention of Butter in his obituary! He sure did love her as she loved him! Our prayers are with Donna and their families. One fond memory I have was when he would come over and eat breakfast with us. We would put peanut butter on our pancakes and laugh because it was so rare to see someone do that. Another time was when he came over to meet my paternal grandmother. Her father worked for his father Roy for many years and my great-grandfather passed away while tending to the sheep here in the Saguache area. Joe remembered him when he was a little boy and he and my grandmother enjoyed stories of that time in his life. Thank you Joe for all you did for us! Sure will miss your smile!
