Jaydin was welcomed into the world on September 16, 2008 to the proud parents of Jacqueline Amber Jones and Joshua Steven Ray Cruz. He was raised by his “Nana” Jennifer Jones-Kelleher and his “Baboo” Scott Kelleher.

He was the delight of the family; always happy and smiling; playing jokes and doing card tricks and making the family laugh. He enjoyed baking with his nana and taking long car rides with his Baboo turning up the music and singing out loud. He loved movie nights. He was our shining star. Jaydin loved skateboarding and learning new tricks. Basketball was one of his favorite sports to play. His favorite sport by far however was swimming. Jaydin was a member of the Ski Hi Aquatics Gators team. This summer he swam competition every weekend and made it to leagues and then on to State where he placed in several events. He dreamed of becoming a professional swimmer while working towards a law degree. He had so many hopes and dreams and we all had no doubt he would have achieved each and every one of them.

He was an excellent student at school. Incredibly intelligent. Wise beyond his years. And so handsome. He was always willing to help anyone in need, was always a friend to others. He always had your back! Family was everything to him. He was a beautiful amazing soul who was loved beyond measure. He will always be missed and never forgotten. He is with his momma now.
