Obituary for Debra Lynn Neal
Debra L. Neal born Debra L. Horton on January 24, 1954 to Ralph and Alice Horton, left us for a higher calling on July 21, 2020. She was an exceptional wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years John Neal, her children Darrel (Sarah), Jacob, Jedidiah (Ami), Patricia (Ryan) and Alice (Bobby), her grandchildren, Kaci, Tristan, Paul, Vorian and Ayanna as well as her sister, Wanda as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
