Obituary for Deborah Gay Myers (Baldwin)

Mosca – Longtime valley resident Deborah Gay Myers, 60, passed away on January 28, 2016. She was born on September 27, 1955 in Alamosa, Colorado to Theodore Baldwin and Alice Birdsey Baldwin.

Deborah was a member of the Mt. Blanca game, bird and trout lodge. She enjoyed shooting, fishing, gardening, rock hunting, arts and crafts, being on her computer, sewing, quilting and had a deep love for animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Adamson of Grand Junction, her grandchildren, Trinity Toms, Hazel Toms and one more on the way, her siblings, Caroll Lanham, Susan Baldwin, Ted (Linda) Baldwin, Jr., Flint (Chris) Baldwin all of Alamosa and Allison (Jeff) Mondragon of Fox Creek, her significant other, Mike Burns of Hooper, and her special friends, Connie Sowell of Columbus, Ohio and Judy and Stan Messoline as well as her former husbands John Myers of Hooper and Randy Adamson of Grand Junction.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa. Contributions are suggested to Hospice Del Valle or an animal shelter of your choice in her memory.
