Obituary for Crashtyn Tremain Howell

Crashtyn Tremain Howell was called to heaven on March 3, 2020. Crashtyn was born on November 21, 2018 in Alamosa, Colorado and was the beloved son and best friend of Apryl Behrens and Tre Howell. He was also a cherished great-grandson of LeeRoy Powers, grandson of Bob and Anita Howell of Antonito, Colorado and Robert and Vonetta Behrens of Alamosa, Colorado.

Crashtyn had a smile and spirit that lit up a room. He loved spending time with his Mom and Dad, and will always be kept in their hearts as their bestest friend. He went almost everywhere with Mom and Dad and in his life blessed them and many others with beautiful memories. He loved riding his 4 wheeler, playing sports or with Dad’s sports balls, reading books with Mom or Mi-Ma, taking baths, swimming, his bottle (bah-bah), laughing-yelling-smiling and anything outside.

Crashtyn was full of energy from day one, bright eyed and always exploring new things the world brought. Strong willed and determined, Crashtyn would never give up on a task. He loved family hugs with him in the middle of Mom and Dad, a Crashtyn Sandwich. That love for attention stayed consistent everywhere, even when his aunt and cousin face timed him as a daily ritual. He loved the mountains with Grandpa and Mi-Ma Howell and loved rolling around in his roller with Mi-Ma chasing him. His hugs could cure anything life faced you with. He loved visiting Grandpa Robert at work and stop in visits from Grandma Vonetta. He loved his first birthday and diving into his cake.

Crashtyn was on this earth for a little over a year but his impact and spirit gave a lifetime of love. He will always be Mom’s “best bubba” and Dad’s “little guy”! He will forever be a part of the hearts who got to meet him. He will be missed every moment of every day, but his love will live on.

“Lullaby, sleep tight, don’t worry tonight. Son you are safe and loved, Jesus Christ is holding you above.”

Crashtyn’s Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa, Colorado.
