Obituary for Charlotte Jane Howey
Charlotte J. Howey, 69, of Center, CO, passed away peacefully at Evergreen Nursing Home in Alamosa on Monday August 17, 2020. Charlotte was born to Vernon and Margaret Howey in Monte Vista, CO.
Charlotte is survived by a sister Dianne Goldman of Scottsdale, AZ; brother Chuck (Jeanette) Howey of Center, CO; nieces and nephew Jessica (Adam) Heinicke, Elizabeth (Ned) Howey, Meagan (Vick) Komar, Rob (Sarah) Goldman and Reese Goldman.
She was preceded in death by her parents Vernon and Margaret Howey. If we are the Shepherd’s flock, Charlotte was one of the lambs. She was a very kind and loving person. She was educated as a veterinary technician and loved animals. She was a farmer along with the rest of us for over 30 years. She will be missed here, but we know she will be happy now.
