Brad was born on September 21, 1961 in Alamosa, CO to John and Virginia Kelly. He was raised in the Carmel farming district with his sisters Kimberly and Celeste.
Brad overcame many obstacles and school was difficult. His parents wanted the best education for Brad so they sent him to school in Dallas, Texas. In 1992, Brad was briefly married to Elizabeth Robinson. A special moment in Brad’s life was when he became a Dad. He was very proud of his son Brian Kelly.
Brad also loved high school and professional sports. He knew and could recall all kinds of sports trivia. He loved playing softball in the summer and also being a manager of several Valley teams, the last with the Sierra Grande Panthers.
Brad was loved by the Valley community. He loved to tease everyone and knew no strangers. A special guardian angel in Brad’s life was Darlene McCarroll. She was always there for Brad.
