Beverly Ruth  Broyles
Beverly Ruth Broyles was born November 13, 1935 in Alamosa, Colorado, the first child of James Henry Hunt and Ruth Marie Gann. She died December 11, 2015, in Pueblo, Colorado, under hospice care after a short illness.

Beverly married Warren Glenn Weston in Taos, New Mexico, on January 20, 1952. To this union six children were born, Christine Weston of Alamosa, CO; Martin Weston of Del Norte, CO; Steven (Roxiann) Weston of Murray, UT; Lori (Leroy) Teem of Alamosa, CO; Ann (Luis) Espinosa of La Jara, CO; and Michael (Melanie) Weston of Greeley, CO.

She was preceded in death by Warren in 1969. She was also preceded in death by husbands Glen Scheibe and Leland Broyles.

Beverly was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for over 50 years and was very active, holding many callings.

Beverly taught school and touched many lives in schools across the San Luis Valley and Colorado Springs. She was an innovative special education teacher who helped so many children.

She is survived by all six of her children, 25 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was very proud of her posterity. Her sisters Lorene Calkins of Breckenridge, TX, Sandra (Bill) Reed of Golden, CO, and Sharon (Alan) Jacobsen of Colorado Springs also survive her.

Services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, at 11:00 a.m. at the Rio Grande Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Monte Vista. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday December 14, at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Monte Vista. Interment will follow services in the Monte Vista Cemetery.
