Cogie was a friend of mine from high school. I remember him cruising in his Pontiac with the black reflective side stripes. When the C.B. radio craze started, he had the call name of CC Rider, it was perfect. When I was transferred to Denver with the phone company in 1976, I stopped by the gas station on State Street to say goodbye. He wished me well. I will miss Cogie, he was a kind, gentle soul.
