Longtime Alamosa resident Patricia “Patty” Joe Gabaldon, 76, passed away on June 28, 2020. She was born on May 2, 1944 in Nelsonville, Ohio to Max and Geneva (Hysell) Jansen. She married Richard Gabaldon in Belen, New Mexico on December 4, 1993. Patty enjoyed traveling, scrap booking, going to the casinos and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Gabaldon, children, John (Ariel) Ruvolo, Launa (Wade) Boynton, Patrick (Laurel) Heimstra, Ronald (Annette) Gabaldon and Ricky (Michelle) Gabaldon as well as grandchildren, Justin Sena, Denise Harden, Juel Ruvolo, Nykia Ruvolo, Taylor Boynton, Kyndall Boynton, Tiffany Ruvolo, Giancarlo Ruvolo and a great grandchild, Lillee Ruvolo as well as numerous other family members.
